Q3: Why is only one screen works and the other is not?

Make sure you connect the ports correctly. For USB-C port connection, both ports on your laptop should be full-featured USB-C(USB C 4.0, Thunderbolt 3/4, DP 1.2/1.4/2.1)ports, check the symbol on it. And for HDMI port connection, you must use 2 cables to connect.( one HDMI for video transmission and one USB-A cable for power supply).

Q4 : What should I do when “Flickers & Black Screen” happen?

A : Caused by low battery or insufficient voltage of your laptop, try an external 5V/2A adapter with cable to offer power for monitor.

Q5: Is this setup compatible with the MacBook?

For MacBook, LXU laptop screen extender supports M4, all series of Pro & Max chips, But not for M1/ M2/ M3 Chips.
