Notes:

1. If you are using macOS on your computer, the displayed content will be mirrored. macOS only supports dual 4K@30Hz.

2. The USB-C devices must support Power Delivery, Display Port Alt Mode, and USB 3.2 with full functionality.

3. The included 4.9 ft / 1.5 m HDMI and DP cables are intended solely for input connection to the desktop PC and should not be used for connection to the display.

4. For stable screen mirroring, we don’t recommend using DisplayPort to HDMI or DisplayPort to Thunderbolt cables/adapters to connect the display.

5. If experiencing screen casting problems or USB connection issues, update your Windows graphics drivers or upgrade to the latest macOS version. Use the provided USB-C cables with your laptops for optimal KVM performance.
