The Slik i-Bracket is a general purpose Arca-standard bracket that can be fixed under the camera in lieu of a standard quick release plate. This allows the photographer to simply release the camera from the mount and switch between horizontal and vertical shooting. The Slik i-Bracket is has the same functionality as the popular L-Bracket models, but does not impede the battery port door, or other accessory ports on the side of the camera. The Slik i-Bracket includes a front lip design that prevents the camera from rotating forward or slipping backward when mounted. This is a common solution to L-Bracket issues. Whether it is in the horizontal position or vertical position, it can be fixed to the shoe base part of any Arca-type compatible head. This does not include the Really Right Stuff dovetail, or vertical grips. Compatible camera models include:. Sony α7 series. Canon EOS R series.
